Meet the Team
Michael Moore, MEd, LPCC
Counselor/Co-Owner
Working with clients of all ages, Michael has experience with most mental health and relationship difficulties. He has extensive experience with learning and developmental disorders and provides training for teachers and school administrators. He collaborates with schools and teachers to improve behavior for students experiencing classroom difficulties.

Micayla Lyons, BA
Provisional Counelor
Micayla currently has her Ohio LPC working towards independent licensure. Working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, Micayla hopes to create a safe space for others to navigate life’s challenges. Micayla enjoys utilizing art and play therapy interventions, and works with a variety of mental health issues.

Natalie Doughty MA, LPCC
Counselor
Natalie is a licensed independent counselor with 25 years experience in the mental health field. Natalie's therapy approach is from evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She also has training in Play Therapy. She prefers working with children and adolescents struggling with mental health and emotional difficulties, along with women experiencing anxiety issues.

Julia Kramer
Counselor
Julia works with dual diagnosis adult and adolescents. She is qualified to train parents and families in Child Parent Interactive Parenting (PCIT) skills for children ages two through six. She has treated individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders as well as those going through life changes.

Holly Rhodes, MSW, LISW/LICSW
Counselor
After earning her Master of Social work in 2013 from WVU, Holly began her counseling career working with individuals eight years of age and older. In her work, which includes couples as well as individuals, she has accumulated experience with diverse mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. Holly is LGBTQ friendly and is Safe Zone trained.

Tracy Waite, MA, LPCC-S
Counselor
Tracy works with all ages having experience in ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, foster, adoption and spirituality. She has an interest in helping and supporting individuals, couples, families and groups on their journey through mental health challenges.
