Meet the Team

Michael Moore, MEd, LPCC


Working with clients of all ages, Michael has experience with most mental health and relationship difficulties. He has extensive experience with learning and developmental disorders and provides training for teachers and school administrators. He collaborates with schools and teachers to improve behavior for students experiencing classroom difficulties. 


Pat Amos, APRN, BC

Psychiatric Clinical Nurse​ Specialist


Pat earned her MA in nursing at WVU & did post-grad work at Marshall, University of Indiana & University of Washington. Pat has over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience.

Ashley Storts, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Certified Nurse​ Practitioner


Ashley has over 5 years of experience in providing mental health medical services. She sees both children and adults and prescribes medications for various mental health disorders including ADHD, mood disorders, ODD, anxiety, depression, and more. 


Natalie Doughty MA, LPCC


Natalie is a licensed independent counselor with 25 years experience in the mental health field. Natalie's therapy approach is from evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She also has training in Play Therapy. She prefers working with children and adolescents struggling with mental health and emotional difficulties, along with women experiencing anxiety issues.

Julia Kramer


Julia works with dual diagnosis adult and adolescents. She is qualified to train parents and families in Child Parent Interactive Parenting (PCIT) skills for children ages two through six. She has treated individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders as well as those going through life changes. 


Eva Hill, MSW, LISW


Experienced in adult, couples, and group counseling, Eva works with myriad issues including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief, anger, and spiritual issues. 


Holly Rhodes, MSW, LISW/LICSW



After earning her Master of Social work in 2013 from WVU, Holly began her counseling career working with individuals eight years of age and older. In her work, which includes couples as well as individuals, she has accumulated experience with diverse mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. Holly is LGBTQ friendly and is Safe Zone trained.

Tracy Waite, MA, LPCC-S



Tracy works with all ages having experience in ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, foster, adoption and spirituality.  She has an interest in helping and supporting individuals, couples, families and groups on their journey through mental health challenges.
