Michael Moore, MEd, LPCC


Working with clients of all ages, Michael has experience with most mental health and relationship difficulties. He has extensive experience with learning and developmental disorders and provides training for teachers and school administrators. He collaborates with schools and teachers to improve behavior for students experiencing classroom difficulties. 

Pat Amos, APRN, BC

Psychiatric Clinical Nurse​ Specialist


Pat earned her MA in nursing at WVU & did post-grad work at Marshall, University of Indiana & University of Washington. Pat has over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience.

Ashley Storts, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Certified Nurse​ Practitioner


Ashley has over 5 years of experience in providing mental health medical services. She sees children ages 5 and up and prescribes medications for various mental health disorders including ADHD, mood disorders, ODD, anxiety, depression, and more. 

Amber Adams, PhD

Psychology Post-Doctoral Intern


Dr. Adams earned her PhD in Health Psychology from Walden University. She obtained pre-doctoral experience in substance abuse, assessment and classroom management of childhood trauma within Wood County School System, as well as an internship at William R. Sharpe State Hospital. Dr. Adams completes psychological assessments for cognitive performance, personality and mood disorders, autism, ADHD, pre-surgical evaluations, and trauma. She specializes in treatment of mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma from a biopsychosocial approach with therapeutic intervention centered around cognitive-behavioral therapy. Amber administers psychological testing on all ages and provides therapy for ages 15-60 years old. She enjoys helping with team building as well as professional development.  

Julia Kramer


Julia works with dual diagnosis adult and adolescents. She is qualified to train parents and families in Child Parent Interactive Parenting (PCIT) skills for children ages two through six. She has treated individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders as well as those going through life changes.

The Counseling & Wellness Center provides psychological assessment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Veteran's Assessment, and pre-surgical assessments for lap-band and neuro-stimulator surgeries.

Eva Hill, MSW, LISW


Experienced in adult, couples, and group counseling, Eva works with myriad issues including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief, anger, and spiritual issues. 

Dayna L. Pitzer, MSSA/LISW-S


Working with teens and adults, Dayna has experience with juvenile delinquency, crisis intervention, hospice and chronic medical illness, as well as a wide range of mental health and relationship issues. Dayna has a passion for helping people suffering from grief and loss. 

Holly Rhodes, MSW, LISW/LICSW



After earning her Master of Social work in 2013 from WVU, Holly began her counseling career working with individuals eight years of age and older. In her work, which includes couples as well as individuals, she has accumulated experience with diverse mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. Holly is LGBTQ friendly and is Safe Zone trained. 

Tracy Waite, MA, LPCC-S



Tracy works with all ages having experience in ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, foster, adoption and spirituality.  She has an interest in helping and supporting individuals, couples, families and groups on their journey through mental health challenges.
